With potatoes you can game for anything, from cooked, fried, deep-fried, smashed and all four of it often made and eaten. Something I didn't have made and as far as I can remember not have eaten yet is gnocchi.
Preparing gnocchi looks a little bit like making a dough only you cook an ingredient first: the potatoes and in this recipe together with the carrot. In the time the potatoes and carrot are cooking you can prepare a side dish or you eat only the gnocchi. It's up to you.

Con patatas puedes en todas las direcciones, de cocido, frito, triturado y todo los cuatro he hecho y comido muchas veces. Algunos que no he hecho nunca y me puedo recorder que no he comido tampoco está gnocchi.
Preparar gnocchi parece un poco a hacer pasta solo hierves primero un ingrediente: las patatas juntas con la zanahoria en esta receta. En el tiempo las patatas y zanahoria están hirviendo puedes preparar un entremés o comes solo el gnocchi. Es qué quieres.

Met aardappelen kun je alle kanten op, van gekookt, gebakken, gefrituurd, gepureerd en alle vier vaak gemaakt en gegeten. Iets wat ik nooit heb gemaakt en zover ik mij kan herinneren ook nooit heb gegeten is gnocchi.
Het bereiden van gnocchi lijkt een beetje op het maken van een deeg alleen kook je eerst een ingrediënt: de aardappel en in dit recept samen met de wortel. In de tijd dat de aardappelen en de wortel koken kun je een bijgerecht bereiden of je eet alleen de gnocchi. Het is wat jij wilt.
