It’s Dark purple, such a beautiful color these beetroots have. A color that feels like warm and comfortable. Something for now, a couple of weeks before winter and the holidays are going to start.

And with winter and holidays there belongs an oven with it. So nice roast in the oven. And do you know by roasting the beetroots the color becomes more intense. Roast them together with ricotta. And make also the chive oil. Colorful on a plate and full of flavors in your mouth.

Púrpura oscuro, un color tan hermoso tienen esas remolachas. Un color que siente como calor y cómodo. Algo realmente por ahora, unas semanas antes del invierno y los días festivos van a empezar.

Y con el invierno y los días festivos a eso pertenece el horno. Tan asar en el horno. Y tú sabes para asar las remolachas el color se vuelve aún más intenso. Asar las juntas con la ricotta. Y haz también el aceite de cebolleta. Lleno de color en el plato y lleno de sabores en tu boca.

Donkerpaars, zo’n mooie kleur hebben deze bieten. Een kleur die aanvoelt als warm en behaaglijk. Echt iets voor nu, een paar weken voordat de winter en de feestdagen echt gaan beginnen.

En bij winter en feestdagen daar hoort de oven bij. Dus lekker roosteren in de oven. En weet je door de bieten te roosteren wordt de kleur nog intenser. Rooster ze samen met ricotta. En maak ook de bieslookolie. Kleurrijk op het bord en vol van smaken in je mond.
