Hi, foodlover of La Comida Deliciosa,
We’re in the last weeks of summer. The sun shows every now and then. The temperatures goes all sides. and since weeks we have, as far as temperature goes, summery days again. And still the summer feeling is there, you don’t want to stay long in the kitchen, you want even more easy and quick dishes.
And than grilling with vegetables is a great idea. I choose to turn on the oven instead and not to put a grill outside. You can grill a lot of dishes simply in the oven.
Especially courgettes/zucchinis you grill in a couple of minutes soft in the oven. Put other ingredients on the courgettes/zucchinis and you reduce the bitter taste of the skin of the courgette/zucchini. It’s a vegetable dish, eat it together with what you want.

Estamos en las ultimas semanas de verano. El sol se deja ver de tanto en tanto. Las temperaturas van todos lados. Y tenemos desde hace semanas días de verano de vuelta, en cuanto a la temperatura. Y también hay sentimiento de verano, no quieres estar mucho tiempo en la cocina, tú quieres más platos fáciles y rápido.
Y entonces asar con verduras es una buena idea. Opto por poner el horno y ni poner una barbacoa fuera. Tú puedes tostar muchos platos también común en el horno.
Especialmente calabacines asas suave en el horno por unos minutos. Pon otros ingredientes en los calabacines y reduces el sabor amargo de la piel del calabacín. Es un plato de verdura, come lo juntos con algo tú quieres.

We zitten in de laatste weken van de zomer. De zon laat zich af en toe zien. De temperaturen gaan alle kanten op. En we hebben sinds weken qua temperatuur weer zomerse dagen. En toch is het zomergevoel er, je wilt niet al te lang in de keuken staan, je wilt nog meer makkelijke en snelle gerechten.
En dan is roosteren met groente een goed idee. Ik kies ervoor om de oven aan te zetten en niet een grill buiten te zetten. Je kunt veel gerechten ook gewoon in de oven roosteren.
Vooral courgettes bak/rooster je in een paar minuten zacht in de oven. Leg andere ingrediënten op de courgettes en je vermindert de bittere smaak van de schil van de courgette. Het is een groentegerecht, eet het samen met wat jezelf wilt.
